James Montgomery began his legal career as a barrister in London in 1989. After more than 30 years, James is a polished courtroom lawyer, who has argued and tried hundreds of cases to conclusion and argued many appeals, both before the English courts and those in New York, whether state or federal. James' skills have often been used by other firms, who have called upon him to pick a jury, cross examine witnesses or conduct any other part of a trial.
